Insight Global's client in the waste industry is looking for an Assistant District Manager to join our Landfill team in Denver, CO! This role is designed to prepare you to become an independent District Manager in 12-24 months. You can expect to be on the front line of the landfill’s leadership decision making from operations to finances to community outreach, and more.

Desired Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher highly preferred
- Knowledge and exposure to OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as needed for their landfill
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Waste industry experience
- OSHA, DOT or EPA certification
- Environmental Engineer degree or experience
Job Description
- A waste management company is looking for a Landfill Assistant District Manager to join their team in multiple locations - Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Omaha, NE; St. Louis, MO; Wichita, KS and OKC, OK.
- This individual will be responsible for overseeing landfill operators at their location, make decisions autonomously, ensure KPIs are being met, oversee the P&L of the site, identify issues and providing solutions and ensuring the safety of the facility and employees.
- This is a permanent, on site 5 days a week position with a base salary of $90-115k with a 20% bonus eligibility between stock and cash.
